Fill the gap
before it costs you.
Keep your customers up to date with your real-time availability — and tell every follower the moment a cancellation opens up, so the gap gets filled instead of sitting empty.
You can see exactly how many people are following you and waiting on your availability, so you know whether it is worth opening up more appointments. And when a customer needs somebody and nobody is free, their job goes on the waiting list — you see every one that matches what you do nearby, and take it if it suits your diary.
Pro is where you set your light. The customer app is how you get discovered.
Takes two minutes, and it is free to be seen. 34 customers are already following a business and waiting to hear.
Trades, salons, clinics, groomers, cleaners, mobile mechanics — anybody whose day has gaps in it. Your customers follow you, your light says when you are free, and the people waiting hear first. What it costs is further down, and there is no monthly fee.
Real-time availability
Tap green when you have a gap. Your customers see it the moment you do.
Cancellation, filled
Every follower is told when a slot opens — the two o'clock that dropped out goes to somebody waiting.

Jobs on the waiting list
Nobody free when a customer asks? Their job waits where you can see it — every one nearby that matches what you do. Take it if it suits your diary.
Why availability, and not leads
Most work is lost to timing rather than price: the customer rings three places, two do not answer, and the third can fit them in a week on Thursday. Speedi starts from the other end. Tap your light green when you have a gap and you are on the live map for as long as that gap lasts — the customers looking at it are the ones who need somebody today. A cancelled two o’clock is the same problem whether it is a chair, a treatment room or a van.
When nobody is free, a job goes on the waitlist and out to every matching business nearby at once. The first to take it gets it. One credit, one job, no bidding.
Questions
- What does Speedi cost?
- Showing your availability is free. You buy credits and spend one when you accept a customer: 10 for £20, 25 for £45, or 50 for £80. No monthly fee and no subscription.
- Do you take a cut of the job?
- No. Speedi never takes a commission on the work. You agree the price with the customer directly, and the whole of it is yours.
- Is the same job sold to five of us?
- No. A waiting request goes out to every matching business nearby at once, and the first to accept it takes it — one person, one credit. Nobody else spends anything on that job.
- Do I have to chase leads?
- Only if you want to. The main thing Speedi does is show when you are free: tap your light green and you are on the live map, with an expiry so it never says you are free when you are not. Clients can also follow you and be told the moment you go green — which is how a cancellation gets filled the same day.
- What do I get when I accept?
- The customer's phone number and email, so you can contact them directly and sort the job between you.
